Hi! My name is Anna and I am currently a senior at the University of Delaware (originally from Central New Jersey). I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012, and I am on a constant mission to find the best gluten free products, recipes, and places to eat. I created this blog as part of my Girl Scout Gold Award, which was focused on helping people newly diagnosed with celiac find places to get the best food, but this blog is also for anyone who is just interested in going gluten free!
For more about my diagnosis story, see this post.
Hi Anna! Wish you all the best. My 14 year old daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease about two years ago and it changed our lifestyle completely.

Thank you! I totally understand, I know how much it changes your lifestyle to have to be so conscious of being gluten free–you have to approach food and going out to eat in a very different way. I hope you and your daughter are doing well 🙂

I know, I’ve heard so many stories of people not finding out they have celiac until much later in life. I’m definitely trying to have as much fun as possible. 🙂

Well done for creating such a brilliant blog and helping others! I too have coeliac disease and write a blog with restaurant reviews, make sure you take a look if you’re over in the UK!
